zaurus 係有中文字型，中文輸入不成問題。
問題在於palm 過 data 過去，中文會變亂碼 |

Just my hunch. Try this:
#1 Hacking the Address app in Z first,
#2 then install Intellisync for 5500
#3 Sync with Palm Desktop.

I use only the English Intellisync but i did it only once.
If you consider the plain-vanilla default Calendar too simple, you may want to try out Qualendar, a much improved datebook app that uses the original Sharp DTM (the PIM data format) data, so you can still sync with Outlook and then use the data in Qualendar. Some good features include: customizable holidays, to-do list, highly customizable display, etc.

係C1000上裝左KO/Pi，可以同部機入面sharp DTM share data，但仍然未能同PC端同步資料
C1000 上 PC-link 係 set 做 USB- TCP/IP(advanced)，係PC 亦能成功ping zaurus，但始終未能將zaurus 同 PC 作 synchronize  |

Do we need to wait for the official C1000 english softwares to come up (instead of using C5500, C3000, C860 etc)? |

have you installed your own version of usb driver? i remembered the step should be:
- installed english ver of intellisync
- installed own version of usb driver
if TCP/IP does not work, try USB-I/O. this is simpler and more stable.

Yes, the usb driver seems always necessary if you want your PC to read your Z's internal memory.

我手頭上英文版intellisync 係Ver3.1，driver 我係用跟機CD-ROM入面個隻，經多番嘗試仍未能成功將PC 同Zaurus sync 埋
另外我發覺碟內日文版intellisync 係Ver 3.4，但一樣未能將資料同步。
單單將Zaurus 當作 masss storage 就可以，真係激死人 |
